1. Warranty Terms 

All product returns must be agreed beforehand by the company Direct Inc. HT. The buyer must contact the Service Centre. Defective products must be returned as they were delivered, that is to say in good condition, with a copy of the invoice. 


HT Direct Inc. The company reserves the right to refuse receipt of product. In all cases, the costs and risks of returns remain the responsibility of the client, except for warranty exchange standard for which the return of the new product is the cost of HT Direct Inc.. 


2. Exchange warranty standard 

For any return following the procedure HT Direct Inc.. 

Any product found defective and returned during the warranty period will be a standard exchange within the limits of available stocks. 


Return postage of the new product 

The costs will be borne by HT Direct if the product does not respond to tests performed by HT Direct. 

The fee will be charged to the customer if the product works normally in response to tests by HT Direct Inc.


Standard exchange can not be a refund of your product. 


The guarantee will not apply if: 

The material was assembled incorrectly, improperly installed, poorly maintained by the user *. 

The material has undergone repairs, modifications, alterations user *. 

The equipment was damaged by the user *. 

The defects are caused by negligence, misuse, non-compliance of the vendor *. 

The products are returned roasted, broken or damaged *. 

The label barcode HT Direct is torn, missing or illegible *. 

Damage and defects caused by normal wear or accidental external (mounting error, faulty maintenance, abnormal use or by a technical intervention of a third party) are excluded from the warranty *.

No warranty is due to the damage that might be caused to any third party by the goods sold. 


If the client wishes to install or add the equipment itself within the PC-based digital recorder is already installed by the company HT Direct, he must request prior authorization to open the machine to avoid forfeiting its parts and workforce. This request may be requested by phone (514-910-6453). HT Direct society can not guarantee the workforce where, if there were problems of incompatibility or mishandling of the mounting hardware included. Installation costs will under no circumstances be recoverable. 


No warranty labor or parts of the configurations can be applied if: 

The equipment was poorly maintained. 

The equipment was disassembled, reassembled. 

The equipment was modified.
